The Vermont Agency of Agriculture requires each imported horse to have:
• A valid Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (health certificate) dated within the prior 30 days of entry into Vermont with Vermont Summer Festival (2971 VT Rt 7, East Dorset, VT 05253) listed as the Premises of Destination, and
• A valid negative Coggins test.
The VT Agency of Agriculture will be here over the next two weeks to do random document checks.
For those exhibitors unable to provide the necessary documents, Dr. Barber is authorized to issue them upon your arrival.
