NEW Fillable Entry Forms - The pdf entry forms are now fillable
for your convenience, using Adobe Reader 6.0 or later. Here's how
to use them:
1) Open entry form of the week you desire, by selecting the appropriate
link.
2) Type in the data in all the fields.
3) Use the "Save As" command found under the File heading
on the menu bar to save your data to a file name that you select,
or you may print without saving.
4) Hint - If you have multiple entries that have similar data (the
same trainer, owner, or rider) fill in the common information first,
save or print that version, and use that (saved) version as your
master copy to complete all your entry forms.
5) Entry forms must be printed, signed and mailed to the VSF (use
the appropriate address found on the right margin of each of form.)
Faxed and/or emailed entries are NOT accepted.
